Loch Sunart

"Iridescence" anchored in Loch Sunart in the Scottish Western Isles

The Charter Yacht Iridescence is a Jeanneau Sun Oddysey 42.2 launched in 1999. She has 10 berths and 2 heads (with showers) and therefore sleeps 6 in some comfort. The yacht also benefits from space heating, pressurised hot water, large fridge and good galley and cooker.

Iridescence is fully coded, carrying all the appropriate safety equipment. She is also equipped with Chart Plotter, DSC VHF and AIS radar. She is easy to sail with in-mast furling and furling genoa with all controls led aft, she also has a cruising shute for long downwind passages. There is a large 60hpYamnar engine for auxiliary power. She is available for bare-boat or skippered charter.

Having cruised to Scotland from Brixham in Devon last summer, she is presently lying in Troon Marina on the Firth of Clyde for the winter. On May 24th 2008, after a possible cruise around the Scottish Islands she will spend four weeks cruising back to Brixham via the west coast of Ireland and the Scillies, then, for the last three weeks of August down the west coast of France and Spain to Lagos in Portugal.

If you would you like to join Iridescence and her crew in some of these adventures please use this form Contact form to get in touch. The cost will be £500 per week, covering all food on board and all birthing and fuel costs. You can join us for the whole four or three weeks or elect to join us for individual weeks, it's up to you. Either way you will not be disappointed!
